CLEANING: The Hilton has exclusive rights to all unit cleanings. Should any concerns arise, we will do our best to rectify them, but we must work with the Hilton staff in these instances.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund (minus 3% processing fee) will be honored for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. No refunds after 30 days.

RENTAL AGREEMENT & SECURITY HOLD-will be required to be e-signed by all guests before reservation is submitted to hotel. This is a pre-authorization and not a charge.

CHECKIN: Can occasionally have brief wait times. Please be patient, but feel free to contact us if the wait seems elevated and we will contact the desk. In addition, a credit card and ID must be presented upon checkin for incidentals. There is no exception to this rule. Early checkin is not available for this property. In addition, we are dependent on the Hilton cleaning staff to have the room ready for checkin on time and therefore while not anticipated, we cannot be responsible for any delays. However, you may reach out to us should this occur, and we will try to get more information from the desk.

The hotel requires us to submit reservations 48 hours in advance. We may not be able to accommodate bookings that come in with less time before check in

NO REFUND are given for weather conditions outside of standard cancellation policy. if this is a concern, please consider purchasing some form of travelers insurance. In addition, no refunds are given given in the unlikely event of a power outage, however we will make every effort to help you through this situation should it arise.

PARKING: Costs $50 per day, valet only. Price subject to change. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible.

SUPPLIES-starter set of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels and soaps is provided. However, guests may need to purchase more supplies for extended stays.

--MANAGEMENT ENTRY TO PREMISES--owner/manager/building staff will make every effort not to enter property during guest stays. However, if the need arises without alternative, they will notify the guest with as much notice as possible and find a time to do so with the least disturbance.

AMENITIES/Wifi: are managed by the Hilton, and availability and full operation cannot be guaranteed. However, we will make all efforts to communicate any changes to guests.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
